Main Floor Master Bathroom (#1)

This bathroom is appointed in Cosmic Black granite slab countertops, maple cabinets, and Philadelphia travertine tile. It features a long wall of cabinetry compartmentalized to accommodate a makeup area plus two Porcher Kyomi vessel sinks with Danze Antioch faucets. The oversized curbless shower has two Hudson Reed shower systems each with rainspout head, hand-held spray, and body sprays. A corner Jacuzzi whirlpool tub with a Danze roman tub filler overlooks the rear grounds. Access for the whirlpool motor is through the right panel of the deck and access for the heater is through the second diamond tile in the front.

Task lighting is provided by six soft incandescent Lite Source Daen luminaires; and the efficient, quiet Panasonic fan-light provides ventilation and ambient light. The bathroom is wired with an outlet on a timer for a towel warmer, as well as an outlet under the sink for a hot water recirculator. A low voltage plate on the east wall provides network, video, and telephone access; and three ceiling speakers are part of the whole house audio system with the control in the master bedroom. A separate cubicle contains the high efficiency WaterSense-compliant Kohler Kelston toilet.

Upstairs Master Bathroom (#4)

This bathroom has a dramatic golden travertine slab shower with two Hansgrohe Talis Thermobalance controls to provide his and hers convenience and safety. The Crema marble slab counter on the cherry cabinets contains two undermount Ovalyn sinks with Moen Eva faucets. The corner Jacuzzi whirlpool tub with a Moen Eva tub filler is surrounded by a Crema Marfil Select marble deck. Maintenance access for the whirlpool motor is through the right side of the deck and access to the heater is through the third full tile in the front.

A separate marble makeup center provides unique three-way task lighting from six Besa wall sconces. These lights let you check your makeup colors under candlelight, daylight, and office lighting conditions. At the sinks, task lighting is provided by four soft incandescent wall sconces. The efficient, quiet Panasonic fan-light provides ventilation and ambient light. A motion sensitive Taco D'mand hot water recirculator under the sink provides convenience while still being energy efficient and water wise. The bathroom is wired with a GFCI outlet under the tub deck for a towel warmer. Upstairs Green Bathroom (#2 Southeast)

The dark green verde marble countertop and jade green marble mosaic in the shower provide a rich contrast with the natural cherry cabinet. An undermount sink with single hole faucet simplifies cleanup, while the Delta Innovations thermostatic shower valve provides convenience and safety. Task lighting is provided by two incandescent Progress Trinity luminaires; and the Panasonic fan-light provides ventilation and ambient light. The Kohler Kelston toilet is a water miser.

Upstairs Beige Bathroom (#3 Southwest)

The Uba Tuba granite countertop matches the opal highlights in the beige travertine tile; provides a tough surface for children; and sets off the natural cherry cabinet. An undermount Ovalyn sink has a Delta Lahara faucet and Hinkley Stowe luminaires for task lighting. The American Standard whirlpool tub provides deep relaxing soaking and has a Delta Lockwood thermostatic filler and shower valve for convenience and safety. The Panasonic fan-light provides ventilation and ambient light. The Kohler Kelston toilet is WaterSense-compliant.

Family Room Powder Room (#5)

Crema Marfil Select marble provides a backdrop for the standalone River's Edge Cote D'Azur vanity and Delta faucet. Task lighting is provided by two incandescent Grok LEDS luminaires; and the Panasonic fan-light provides ventilation and ambient light. The American Standard Cadet 3 toilet is compact and efficient.

Office Bathroom (#6)

The light beige travertine tiles in this contemporary bathroom make the Vertical Grain Douglas Fir window trim, mirror trim, and vanity pop out. This bathroom serves the offices and as an ADA accessible bathroom. The solid wood vanity is ADA compliant with an American Standard Mezzo sink and Danze Antioch faucet. The oversize Kohler tub with Lockwood Monitor tub filler allows a nice deep soak. Two incandescent Grok LEDS luminaires provide task lighting at the vanity; two Elco 4" low voltage halogen recessed lights accent the niches; and the Panasonic fan-light provides ventilation and ambient light. The Kohler Kelston toilet is ADA compliant and a water miser.

Guesthouse Bathroom

The guesthouse bathroom in light beige travertine has a curbless shower with a Delta Innovations thermostatic shower valve for convenience and safety. The cherry vanity compliments the verde marble top; and the undermount sink with Moen faucet simplifies cleanup. Task lighting is provided by two incandescent Kenroy Odessey luminaires; and the Panasonic fan-light-heater provides ventilation, heating, and ambient light. The American Standard Cadet 3 toilet is ADA compliant.
