Situated by the courtyard behind two lemons trees and a bougainvillea, the guesthouse has a welcoming copper-top arch over the front door. It shields the courtyard from the road to enclose a private family compound.

The interior includes spacious main living and dining areas, a fully equiped kitchen, a large bedroom, and full bathroom. The decor matches the main house with Vertical Grain Douglas Fir trim surrounding Pella casement windows, Simpson Shaker 760 doors in Vertical Grain Douglas Fir, and Scandian Platinum Brazilian Oak floors throughout.

In the kitchen cherry wood cabinets are topped with stunning Aqua Verde granite slab counters and subway-set copper slate tile backsplashes. The stainless steel appliances include a GE refrigerator, Summit range, GE dishwasher, Sharp microwave, and Insinkerator disposal.

The light-filled bedroom has a sizable closet with VGDF doors. The beautiful bathroom has a honed marble floor, frameless glass enclosed curbless shower, and verde marble slab vanity.
